Hey guys, I’m back with another edition of Friday, I’m in Love! It’s been a while since I’ve done one of these round up posts and I thought there’s no time like the present! So here’s some of the things I’ve been loving lately!

Life Lately
I have been in major home redecorating mode over here! I think it’s because we’ve been spending sooooo much time at home together as a family over the last 3 months. It’s definitely helped me recognize what we use the most and how we use our home the best. I have a pickup scheduled with Purple Heart to do a big donation next month and I’m looking forward to going through and getting rid of more before then. Our basement is especially in need of some help. So is the kid’s toy room!
We’re almost finished with the first phase of our laundry room makeover (just need to hang the drying rod) and we are also done with our powder room project! I shared a picture of that in my coastal paint colors post a few weeks ago but I’m planning on photographing it and and sharing the details soon!
We’ve been spending a lot of time in our pool lately – that’s another post I’m hoping to get up this summer! We put it in 10 years ago so I’ve got the scoop on everything we love and what we would have done differently. I also recently shared some of my favorite affordable blue and white pillow combos and how to mix and match them to perfection in your own home.
This week, I stumbled across this gorgeous office from Three Times a Home. when I was working on a new office design for a friend. I just love everything about Sheila’s home! I am also in love with the new Florida house that Sherry and John from YoungHouseLove just purchased and moved into. They have such a bright, airy and casual style that I absolutely adore. I’m working on incorporating more of that into my home.
I’ve picked up a few new things over the last few months so I’m talking all about them below. As always, everything you see on the site is my honest opinion – I only recommend items that I genuinely love!
Friday Favorites
Egg chair: I have had my eye on this egg chair forever! It’s the WalMart copycat version of Target’s more expensive egg chair. My kids have been obsessed with that one for the last 2 years so I was excited when I saw the normally-sold-out chair available from WalMart. If you are looking for this chair, don’t give up! Just keep checking the link and you might get lucky!
Blue pillow and Striped lumbar pillow: I had to do a return this week to Target and we needed a few things so I just so happened to conveniently go down the pillow aisle on my way. LOL! Seriously, I hadn’t looked around Target in months and just needed a break for a few minutes. I’ve had my eyes on both of these pillows for the past month. My husband laughed at me when I came home with them. He predicted it before I even left the house!
Sunscreen: This is one of my go-to suncreens that we use regularly. I love the way it smells and that it isn’t overly greasy. I usually pick up some packs from Costco but since we haven’t grocery shopped in a store in months, I was glad that Amazon could deliver it!
Printer: At the beginning of quarantine, I grabbed this color printer when it went on sale in case we needed it. (We only had a black and white laser printer – this is the one I have and love!) I just hooked it up the other day and it’s awesome! It prints nicely and is pretty fast.
One thing I was unsure about at first is their ink program. Basically, you enroll in their auto-ink and you get X amount of prints per month. There’s a free option (10 or less) and then you pay $1.00 for the next 10 and so on. The printer tells them when it’s running out of ink and then they send it to you automatically. I was kind of annoyed by it but then they sent me my ink for free because I was under 10 prints!
Air dry clay for kids: My son asked for this for his birthday and it’s been a total hit with both kids! So much so that my daughter asked if she could get one too! I am a big fan of anything that keeps them busy and not fighting!
Brass picture frame: I’ve shared this before but this is my hands-down, absolute favorite frame, ever! It’s so pretty in person and we have them in several rooms of our house.
Maren Devine artwork: I discovered her artwork a few years ago but just stumbled upon this abstract marsh painting that she offers as a print. I am in L-O-V-E!
Leopard print dress: I picked up this leopard print dress from Target this past week. I like it because it’s loose and airy but still long enough for me to feel comfortable. It runs really large so you might need to size down!
Have a great weekend, friends!
