You can use this Useful Gifts for the World Traveler gift guide to help you pick out the perfect gift for your favorite traveler!
Electronics
Beats Solo3 Wireless Headphones – I absolutely love my Beats headphones. I have an older version that are still connected by the cord and they work great but I’d love to get my hands on a wireless set.
Canon EOS Rebel SL2 Camera Body – There is nothing like a DSLR to take clear and crisp photos to last a lifetime. There are so many great models on the market, but I’ll always be a Canon girl.
Anker PowerCore charger – A portable phone charger is another handy must-have. Whether for the airport and plane or if you need it to recharge after taking one too many photos, having this tiny little charger is super useful.
Kindle – I used to pack a ton of books in my carry-on and suitcase, especially for a beach vacation. Now, I love the convenience of having all of my books in one place with my Kindle. I upgraded from the original version last year and love it!
Luggage
– Everyone can use a passport holder! This is a great stocking stuffer for that special world traveler who is always on to their next adventure!
– Isn’t this suitcase so cute? I love the pink color and the chevron design – both will make it super easy to spot on the conveyer belt!
Padded Car Seat Travel Bag – We have more than gotten our money’s worth out of our car seat and stroller travel bags. Airlines don’t exactly treat car seats with care so using this bag makes so much sense.
Packing Cube System – I tried this out on our last 2-week trip to California and Las Vegas and really liked them. While I don’t think that they necessarily saved me a ton of room, I definitely think they helped me stay organized.
Travel Accessories
– I always, always make sure to have an empty water bottle with me when I am traveling. Whether it’s for a long plane ride or being at the beach, it always comes in handy. I especially love that these actually keep your water cold.
Aeris Travel Pillow – A neck pillow is a must have for any traveler going on a long-distance flight. I like that this one comes in it’s own little pouch so you don’t have to carry it around with you.
– Another item I always pack are journals. I find that if I don’t write things down on a daily basis, then everything starts to blur together and I end up not being able to remember details of our trips. Bonus points if the journals are as cute as these ones are!
Swissdigital Backpack with charging port – A backpack with a charging port is SO handy! Ours doesn’t have one and this is definitely a must-buy for our next long vacation.
– Airplanes always have weird temperature swings so I like to have something lightweight that I can use as a blanket if I need to.
– I included this sweater in my fashion gift guide but it’s so warm and cozy that I decided to include it here as well. A perfect layering piece for a snowy destination or for those chilly plane rides.
– A cross body bag is a travel must have, in my opinion. When you are wrestling luggage (and children – ha!), having a purse dangling from your arm or shoulder isn’t ideal. This one that has lots of room for essentials but is still lightweight and stylish.
So there are 15 of my most useful gifts for the world traveler! Happy travels!
